Do not post anything before you have a return authorisation number. Email [email protected] first and the address comes back with your RA number. Full terms on the refund policy page.

What we will never ask you for
We never ask for card numbers, CVV codes, bank details or passwords by email, text message or phone. Payment happens once, at checkout, through the authorized gateway. If anyone contacts you claiming to be IronPulseX and asks for payment details or offers a refund that requires your card number, it is not us. Forward it to [email protected] and delete it.
The two addresses on this page and the phone number above are the only support channels this company operates. We do not run customer service through social media accounts, WhatsApp or Telegram. That rule is step four of the source verification checklist for a reason.
