Shipping and delivery

Dispatch

Every order is picked from the current production lot, sealed and dispatched from our fulfilment desk. We do not drop ship and we do not hold orders waiting for stock: if a pack is listed on the pricing page, it is in the building.

Delivery windows

• Mountain and Pacific states: typically two to four business days.
• Midwest and South: typically three to five business days.
• Northeast: typically four to six business days.
• Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: five to nine business days.

These are carrier averages, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and the last mile can add a day or two, and the period around Thanksgiving and Christmas is reliably slower for everyone.

Tracking

You receive two emails: an order confirmation immediately, and a dispatch email with the tracking number when the label is created. If the tracking has not moved for three business days, write to [email protected] and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not there, check with neighbours and your building desk first, then tell us. Carriers occasionally scan early. If it does not appear within two business days of a delivered scan we reship at our cost. Damaged bottles get replaced on sight of a photo, with nothing to return.

Address changes and cancellations

Email [email protected] as fast as you can. Before dispatch we can change the address or cancel outright for a full refund. After dispatch neither is possible, but the 60 day guarantee still covers you.

International orders

We ship within the United States only. This portal is the authorized US distribution channel, and we would rather say no than hand a parcel to a freight forwarder we cannot trace.
