Sixty days from delivery, empty bottles accepted, no interrogation. Here is exactly how it works and how long the money takes to come back.
Straight to it
If IronPulseX does not work for you, email the support desk within 60 days of delivery, send the bottles back including the empties, and we refund the purchase price. Return shipping is yours, the refund is processed within five business days of the parcel arriving, and you do not have to explain yourself.
The four steps
Email the desk within 60 days
Write to [email protected] with your order number. The clock runs from the delivery date on your tracking, not the order date, so a slow carrier never costs you days.
We send a return authorisation
You get a reply with an RA number and the returns address, usually the same business day. Do not send anything back before you have that number, because unmarked parcels are hard to match to an order.
Post the bottles
All bottles, used and unused. Empty ones count. Write the RA number on the outside of the box. Return postage is at your expense, and we recommend a tracked service so you can see it arrive.
Refund inside five business days
Once the parcel reaches the returns desk we process the refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank usually takes another two to five to post it. You receive a confirmation email when we release it.
What is covered and what is not
Covered: the purchase price of every bottle in the order, whether you finished them or not. Not covered: the original shipping charge on the two bottle pack, and the return postage. Those are the only two deductions and they are the same for everyone.
One guarantee claim per household. This is not us being difficult, it is the one rule that stops a sixty day empty bottle policy from being farmed, and it is why we can offer sixty days at all when most of the category offers thirty on unopened stock only.
Why we run it this way
Roughly seven percent of buyers report noticing nothing at all inside two months. That is a real number and we publish it on the reviews page rather than hiding it. A formula that works for most men will not work for all of them, and the fair answer to that is a refund, not a longer sales page. Ridgeforge Wellness was founded partly because our founder spent years watching other brands slow walk returns until customers gave up.
