Manufacturing and testing standards
Where IronPulseX is produced, who tests it, and what every lot has to pass before a bottle is released for distribution.
IronPulseX is manufactured in Aurora, Colorado, in an FDA registered facility operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice. Ridgeforge Wellness does not own the plant. We specify the formula, buy the raw material, set the test panel and hold the lot until the results come back, which is the normal arrangement for a single product company and one we would rather describe accurately than dress up as our own factory.
FDA registration means the facility is on file with the agency and subject to inspection. It is not an approval of the product, and any supplement company implying otherwise is misleading you. GMP certification is the meaningful part: it covers documented procedures, equipment calibration, raw material identity checks, cleaning validation between runs and full batch records.
What each lot is tested for

Testing is performed by Sextant Analytical Group, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited independent laboratory with no ownership relationship to Ridgeforge Wellness. Results for the current run are summarised on the bottle verification page under certificate SAG-2607-118.
Raw material sourcing
Tongkat Ali comes from Southeast Asian growers who supply a standardised root extract with a certificate of identity on every shipment. Ashwagandha root extract is sourced from India, maca from Peru, and beet root and grape seed from European processors. Nothing enters production before identity testing on the incoming lot, because botanical adulteration is real and a supplier certificate on its own is not enough.
The gummy base uses pectin rather than gelatin, which keeps the product suitable for people who avoid pork and beef derivatives. Colour comes from fruit and vegetable concentrate. There are no artificial dyes, no titanium dioxide and no synthetic sweeteners.
Storage and shelf life
Bottles ship from the current run with at least twelve months of shelf life remaining. Store them below 25 degrees Celsius, out of direct sunlight, with the cap closed. Gummies soften in heat, which is cosmetic rather than a potency problem, but a bottle left in a car in July will arrive at your kitchen as one lump. If that happens, tell us and we will replace it.
