How it started
Ridgeforge Wellness Group, LLC was founded in 2016 by a process engineer who had spent eleven years inside contract manufacturing, running production lines for other people's supplement brands. The job gave him an uncomfortable education. He watched labels get written to hide doses, watched cheap extract get swapped in when a raw material price moved, and watched marketing teams write claims that the batch records did not support.
The specific moment that started this company was a men's formula he helped produce where the headline botanical came in at under thirty milligrams inside a proprietary blend, while the front of the bottle sold it as the hero ingredient. It was legal. It was also the reason he left. Ridgeforge Wellness exists to run the opposite way: one product, every dose printed, one place to buy it, and a refund policy that does not require a fight.
Why we sell direct only
IronPulseX is sold on ironpulse-x.com and nowhere else. Retail and marketplace distribution would roughly double our reach and would immediately cost us the three things this company is built on. We would lose lot control, because we would no longer know which run sat on which shelf for how long. We would lose price integrity, because third party sellers set their own. And we would lose the guarantee, because we cannot refund a purchase we never processed.
The trade is deliberate. Fewer customers, but every one of them can match their bottle to a documented lot on the verification page and call a number in Boise if something is wrong.
What we will not do
